2. Role of Sakib Truth

We act solely as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and independent sellers.
We do not manufacture, own, or directly sell any listed products.
All product details, prices, and images are provided by respective sellers.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay on behalf of the sellers.
Sellers are fully responsible for product quality, packaging, dispatch, and delivery.
Courier services are linked to the vendors, not to Sakib Truth.

3. Eligibility

To use our services or make a purchase, you must:

Be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent.
Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

4. Product Listings and Pricing

Prices and details are determined by individual vendors.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address and contact details. Sakib Truth is not liable for any delay, return, or loss caused by incorrect information or failure to receive the package at the time of delivery.

All sales on Sakib Truth are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed.

Vendors on Sakib Truth must:

Non-compliance may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Customer data is retained indefinitely for operational and marketing purposes.
