1 Returns & Refunds

At Sakib Truth, all sales are final. We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our website.

We encourage customers to review all product details, images, and descriptions carefully before completing their purchase to ensure full satisfaction.

2 Order Cancellation & Support

Orders placed on Sakib Truth cannot be canceled once confirmed. Please double-check your order details, product selections, and payment information before completing checkout.

However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or undelivered item, our support team is here to help. To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:

• A clear photo or video of the product and packaging
• Your Order ID
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will investigate and coordinate with our vendor or delivery partner to ensure a fair resolution.

3 Non-Refundable Products

All digital products (including PDFs, downloadable files, or e-books) are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, due to the nature of digital delivery.

4 Product Verification

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for verifying:

• The correct product details, including color, size, and specifications
• The accurate shipping address and contact information

We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect customer information.

5 Delivery Responsibility

Customers are required to ensure that all information — including name, phone number, address, and pin code — is entered accurately before placing an order. Sakib Truth will not be held responsible for any failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, or if the customer is unavailable or unresponsive to the delivery agent, the order will be considered undelivered due to customer error.

In such cases:

• If the customer requests a refund, only the product cost (after deducting delivery and handling charges) will be refunded.
• If the customer wishes to place a new order, a new delivery charge will apply.
